but look at this 8O !!
cabour 611 scharteverkleinerung.jpg
I don't know for shure which of the two 611's this is, but it has a second scharteverkleinerung leaving only the orange square + yellow instead of the purple square which shows the standard size for the scharte....
Noticing the yellow square which adds to the size of the scharte, whe can say that in this case the scharteverkleinerungblock creates a 'schartevergrosserung' :P

first Tobruks ... for me the four 611 had Tobruks ......
second for me the schartenverkleinerung is for the installation of the 493P2 door which at the cellar took the same layout ....
all looks standard to me

what appears strange or unusual is the Kampfraum vergrosserung (for the legs of the gun) like in some 669 (its the only Bttr i remember with 611 equiped that has this feature)
with better looking at your black and white picture i believe as mentioned above all is standard

Dirk,
only the fully intact 611 had a ringstand

I don't understand what you mean concerning the scharteverkleinerung and the cellar door

another unusual feature of these 611 is the closed with concrete cellar which was in the entrance
closed by the germans or after the war ?
never seen a waterstorage which i presume it was in the entrance , in the gaslock yes
so maybe error which the germans didn t want to use (the door or trap was a 68P9

OK Jean nice proof for the Tobruks
the cellar door as you called is the door for closing the gun opening when not in use
you find drawings in the Panzeratlas which i presume you ve got no?

yes, these holes in the floor are strange, and especially something to look out for when entering the bunker (or you'll be flat on your belly haha)
did you ever knock them to hear if they are hollow; and thus an extra cellar could be present?

(i see what you mean with the scharteverkleinerung.. i started talking about cellar door because you said "493P2 door which at the cellar took the same layout " meaning the floorlevel measurements... a mix up, haha)

these doors are not (longer?) present in the 611's...
any idea on how they were raised and lowered? Such a heavy metal door would need some kind of system to operate it... where and how was this system placed inside the bunker? Or are there no known examples?
