For me
the second numbers group : is the number of the bunker built in the Free Küste or VB (1,2,3,4) (in exemple = B1 , B2, B3 or B4 for Dunkerque)
this totalized the number of bunker built
the first numbers group is the number of the bunker in the small sector
in exemple for Dunkerque B1 sector A with name A, sector B with name B
and after sector VF 2= Festung Dunkerque

For Calais aréa is more difficult to cut the coast in small sector because i have not the good map for to cut

Hello AC,

Hopefully this year, but in Dutch languace.

Or Maire Boulogne wants to spend some money, hahaha.

Please do not mix Strongpoint numbers or letters with the construction numbers. This will not help.

will look after the M270./M170 strange things this concretre.

To get a clear vieuw of the construction numbers we have divid the 82 Army corps area in KVA B C D, this is easy,
Then
B divid in freie Kuste - Festung Dunkirchen
C dived in frei Kuste - Festung Boulogne -(and perhaps V.B. Calais?
D divid in probely only Freie Kuste.

in each sector in fill the info we have and team this up with bunkers without number we know.
Like Wissant
4/10 = 501
? = 502
?= 630
Next group is like
Blanc Nez
15/35 630
? = 630
etc etc,

this will give a lot of mistakes but will give a idea how it was done. Then each new number will shift the list.

Please note to put the list together and the second number! and like in Boulogne the numbering can skip over to a other strongpoint.

Hello everyone,

Ben, the 502 of Wissant is Pommern, Preussen or other position ? For the R 630 at Cap Blanc-Nez, he is bricked up (photo : Stp Leo, October 2018) :
