- 28.8.1944 - 30.8.1944 - transfer to Brunchaut
- 31.8.1944 - 1.9.1944 - transfer from St.Pol to St.Bassee
try to selfdestroy, but it didnt work, 12.9.1944 foreign unit returns the guns to Rügenwalde....

Uwe,

What does "foreign unit returns the guns ..." mean? Is it a different unit than 6.(E)/100 that took over the guns in September 44?

hello Emmanuel,

at Rügenwalde in September/October 1944 was tryed to reconstruct the way of railway-batterys in the west in summer 1944. And the personal of 6./100 logged that they used to selfdestructed their cannons and thinked it works and gone to Rügenwalde as a personalbattery, but the cannons didnt destroy. An other unit (no exactly infos in the report what unit) found the cannons and see they didnt destroy and return the cannons to rügenwalde
