A heavy rocket launcher (28/32 cm Wurfkoerper based on the shape) but on an unknown carriage with Russian wheels (similar to the wheels of the 76.2 mm Zis 3 gun - see here http://www.o5m6.de/76mm_ZiS-3.html):

Loading of a 30 cm rocket (based on the shape - see below) on a new 30 cm NbW42 (this type of launcher entered service in July 1943):

Nice! These are standard launchers of 15 cm R Ss Gs decoy rockets (intended for imitatig Allied sky target markers), fitted with protective covers.
