Two pieces were found in 2013 in area of Forst city (Neisse River) in Germany durring some (re)construction works.

Over ther you can see pictures from this same moment, but a bit different ones...
Also see, that here a Panzernest is a prototype - air outlet is made of bended steel sheet, not casted as rest of a body.
