These are pictures of Batterie Togo in 1935.

Good afternoon to the topic,
in the north german internet forum "Geschichtsspuren", hosted by Herr Michael Grube, there is a lot of information
about former fortifications on the "Ostfriesische Inseln", well worth a search..:

Re: Borkum bunker remains
Slightly off-topic - I believe that the round-ish island shown on the upper right of the map in post 2 is Memmert - made famous by Erskine Childers' 1903 sailing/espionage adventure novel: "The Riddle of the Sands".
I understand that this book is just as popular in Germany as in the UK; certainly the best screen version of it is German (sadly without subtitles!): https://www.amazon.de/Das-Rätsel-Sandba ... B001DCFF86

well, we visited Borkum in summer 2018 - and I also didn't find the Höckersperre in the small forest called "Green Stee", because there are no allowed ways (or I didn't find them) - - but I could find some bunker ruins in Greune Stee, I think ruins of Batterie Strasser:
a small bunker is to find on the "old dyke":
