Hardly, the man in the picture is wearing a British beret and has a British style should flash on his right arm.

Some guys say, that in this place it made a role of seacoast defence - could it be deployed in this role, especially that Gothic line is quite close?

WOW! Is there a precise location on this beauty? It's even got the remains of the turret on there.
Interesting impacts on the top plate. If it is from a strafing run the plane must have been attacking at pretty much 90°. However, it could, of course, be post-war shape charges or some such.
