Right @herring, there is one more. Pitty, I can't locate it on the aerials.

Re: Panther Bodenturm
Thanks Andrzej. I was a bit confused because of the low number on the Stahlunterstand, but of course there is no reason to assume that the stahlunterstände were installed in numerical order.Photo (Pantherturm nr 15) was taken in Western Germany.

Here is a double number - 63 painted in factory and 24 by hand. Interesting - in similar style as 15 in previous posts

Re: Panther Bodenturm
Thanks herring, I knew that picture, but I didn’t notice that the Stahlbunker has got two numbers. Maybe the small “63” is the factory serial number and the larger “24” is a local [Westwall?] numbering system? In some original German files, the Panthertürme in the Westwall were individually numbered (e.g. P15).Here is a double number - 63 painted in factory and 24 by hand. Interesting - in similar style as 15 in previous posts
On other pictures one can see that the four sides were lettered A-B-C-D, probably to ensure that the lower and upper parts of the Stahlbunker were joined correctly.

All between Piedimonte and Pontecorvo.
