Hi,

Did the Stp Heist at the Directeur-generaal Willems park contained any concrete artillery or AA emplacements?

regards,

Cnock

Hi gents

1) Those OB on the IGN are in fact the artillery emplacements of WWI batteries Freya (left) and Augusta (right) which stood close to each others. They are still visible on the aerial view of 1945 below. Interestingly there are others bunkers in front of the dunes. One of them (probably a Schartenstand) is built next to the western OB and maybe linked with it. I need help for identification.

2) I've found this pic on Beeldbank Sincfala Museum. Anyone recognise the bunker in the background?
Regards
