the "Wassermann S" at Terschelling was placed on a L 480... and this whas part of M.Fl. Batterie West?!

I think you are right it is the Was S in TIGER, please see:

please note that the drawing of the L 480 is just the type drawing, not the one at TIGER, which is attached.

fine... but belong the L 480 to Tiger... I thougt it is part of Stp. VI ML!?

Yes it did belong to TIGER, please see attachment. A Wassermann (S or M) was always located at least one km from the main site.
