Hello Dirk,
The small observation post is the Nr 25 on the full plan of the position. It is still visible on the aerial of 1948 hereunder.
About the bunkers west of the Leuvenstraat (Nr 17 to 29), autorisation for demolition has been released by the Belgian Army on 14-02-1952 and a demolition request order has been issued by the Ministery of Public Works on 12-04-1952. I just know Aanneming Braet got the contract to demolish those constructions but I didn't find the detailled report of this work in the Public Archives.
In the Archives "War damages compensation) (Oorlogsschade), I found just a document with the measurements of part of the Leitstand. Maybe it can help to correct your plan.

Re: Zeebrugge StP Barbara HKB
thanks Pierre
i don t understand that the "nahkampfraum is not visible .....
but it looks good
they give 8m60 , i got 8m40 ... so
they give 19m50 for the longest
i came out on 20m20
maybe the observationslit is not 2 meters but also 1m70
then it comes to 19m90
i ll think there is still an error
because the walls are only 1m66 a 1 m70 for the thick one
