Inselkommandant Rottum (Rottumeroog)

Is there anyone who can identify the signatures of the two Inselkommandanten of Rottumeroog?

The island was invaded at the 10th. of may 1940 bij 141 soldiers from Batterie Holtzendorff (M.A.A. 116) and after 10 may 1940 occupied by the 5./Batterie M.Fl.A 216 (Batterie Rottum). The Flak-Batterie was moved to Schiermonnikoog in the spring of 1941 due to high water levels. It became the 6./Bttr. M.Fl.A. 216 (later M.Fl.A. 246) 40 soldiers of the 5./Bttr. remained at Rottum and formed a Leichte Flak-Abteilung with 3x2cm. flak untill the end of the war.

So it is most likely the two Inselkommandanten came from the Marine-Artillerie units of Borkum. I hope this information helps to find the people behind the signatures.

I only could find this the commander of the B. Schiermonnikoog but he was also on Rottum .

Nice document also! It was on 18-05-1940 that they decided that the guns of Batterie Schaar were being moved to Rottum.

The second signature looks like something as Schwittel. Anyone familiar with that name?

Found out the name is Schwittahl, Oberfeldwebel. Can't find anything on this name. Other Inselkommandanten on Rottum were Stabsfeldwebel Meier 1940-1942, Oberfeldwebel Beumer 1942-1942 and Oberfeldwebel Schwittahl 1942-.... Too bad I can't find anything on these guys. Someone from here who might help me?

Sadly I lost the source of the map as shown here. It only is a small part, but I would like to get the entire source back. Someone might know in wich NARA Roll this can be found?
