water tanks - Trinkwasser

#1

Post by wimve » 07 Jan 2017, 16:57

I want to complete some 3D models I made with a water tank.
I did already have some BRV drawings with dimensions but on closer look, that is using them in a drawing, they seem not to match with the picture I have.

So I was wondering how many trinkwasser tanks where there ? I must admit that I see on pictures mostly a 1700liter yellowish tank.
Is this the most used or the only one ?
On the lid of these thanks I noticed three (?) containers with lids and a kind of bracket. Does anyone know what they should contain ? Spare parts, purification tablets ?

Can somebody help with drawings/dimensions/answers ?

Well that is the question: who has good drawings.
The brv drawing is not mine and I can't fidn it on the gahetna portal. So I leave it to the person in question to post it or not.
But the problem is that the given dimension don't match.
Thanks,

That are nice pictures.
So there are actual two containers, a flat piece and two clamps.

Filling would be dome via the top lid ?
Was/is thre any text on the two containers like: Gasfilter and Staubfilter ? How would these function ? I mean the container is airtight, water comes out so how does a gas filter works then ? Filter the air going in when you tap water ?

I think I should change my name in question man
Thanks,

Wim
