By accident found thisone in my archive, picture dates allready from 2006, inside one of the 502 on the battery grounds:
Is it possible that Hundius "Ostende 01-II" was first planned as "Ostende-O 01 II"? but why it was drawn in pencil as Ostende-E (Est)... possible there where Belgian (french language) labourers working in the battery?

Re: MKB Hundius bunkernumbers
thank you Pierre,
At first i thought that M 157 was standing between both 671 with his number, i'm thinking that a bunkernumber was related to the construction time of the bunker (low numbers old bunkers, high numbers modern (kleinst) bunkers). When is that M 157 build? is it build together with the 671?

Hello Tom
The document must be end 1942 or early 1943 when the commandpost was nearly ready .
Far as I know the 671 were build later as you can see on the high bunker numbers .
Regards Jos
