ID of german (?) landing craft

#1

This danish site has some information on the establishment of the german "spinne-batterien" in Strib:
http://www.striib.dk/om%20strib%20under ... telsen.htm

The landing craft in these two photos puzzles me:

I have never seen any german vessel like it, and I'm wondering if it's german at all, or perhaps in fact post-war photos?
There are several errors on this site (for example, the caption for the photos in question sais they're taken in 1943, which eliminates the possibility of it being related to the "spinne-batteries"), so I don't know if I can trust the info.

Can anyone give me an ID for this vessel?

Pionierlandungsboot 43 PiLb 43 ist correct, butI think the plan is only "partly" right :D
PiLb 43 was a new type built only a few as "prototyp" with parts of MAL 39 and MAL 40
