Here are color pictures (slides) of Germans at Ile Pelée in 1940, including a 3.7 cm Flak.

The caption of these pictures mention that the Flak unit is le.Flak At. 99 (mot.). However, it is somewhat incorrect as this unit was still called 4./Festungs-Flak Regiment 31 until July 1941. It is probably the same unit as on the ebay pictures if they date also from 1940.
