OK found them...if we believe the EOGTOWW2 KwK38 L/42 and KwK39 L/60 had the same arrangement of Gun mount and recoil cylinders.Just the barrel was changed (L/60 instead of L/48).So you can compare with that pictures you posted earlier:

First sight the recoil cylinders were repositioned over the gun barrel and the gun mount seems narrower...How these KwK39 of Pegasus Bridge looked like from behind?

And you were right...They were KwK39 L/60 fitted with muzzle brakes.I wonder if they were modified in any other way after being retrieved from these PzIII

OKH(?) alloted 14 guns to Denmark in September 1942, intended for harbour defences. Plans from October 42 list 20 guns, of which the first were combat-ready in December.

Hello
According to Waffen-Revue #79 page 102 the first 309 5-cm-KwK L/42 auf Sockellafetten were shipped to the Channel Coast at the time of Speer’s conference with Hitler at 10.-12. August 1942.

Greetings
Lars

Hello
Erik E have some useful information:
A list made 27/9-1942 states the following:
"Due to the loss of the transport D/S Karpfanger, the 5 cm KwK will be divided as follows:
Territorialbefehlshaber im Polarbereich = 140 Pcs
Territorialbefehlshaber Mittelnorwegen = 85 Pcs
Territorialbefehlshaber Südnorwegen = 80 Pcs
Territorialbefehlshaber der deutschen Truppen in Dänemark = 15 Pcs

One source(AOK20 Stoart) mention that HKB 48/977 Røtingi zug Os is changing their two guns with 5 cm Kwk, this is from may 42.
Ill try to find some more in the papers from AOK 20.
regards

Thanks for all your awnsers and reply's .

Here a other copy with 179 KwK 's in the same timepad , so far we have the
bulk of the 5 cm Kwk in autumn 1942 in the A.W. same as the St bunkers .
But as Stril told us smaller amounts 5 cm KwK were placed in early 1942 .

Jos,

Are we sure that "KwK" apply strictly here to the 5 cm gun and not also to 3.7 cm KwK and 4.7 KwK guns in "beute" turrets?

Emmanuel

P.S. What is the date of your document?

No , it could also be a 2 cm KwK and the date is 08-1942 , but all other information indicates
that the bulk of the 5 cm KwK was send in autumn 1942 to the A.W.
