Hello

Who has any idea on this M.G. , looks automatic and standing on a gun range ?? ( Ebay )

Very interesting find! The machine gun is a MG 131, from which we don`t see the recuperator housing. The most thrilling part is the turret: it is double barreled, the barrel we see is the outmost. The barrel near to us is missing, but the recuperator (stagered, as in the HL 131V quadruple rear turret) is installed. My best bet: this is a dorsal double MG 131, unknown to me. Great to know!

Thanks for sharing, Jos. The second photo makes me more sure on my first assumption. The "vorholer" (recoil cylinders or recuperators) look the same as those used on the MG131 and the HL131 turret. The elevation ring mounts looks the same also. More input would be welcome, though.
