Hi !
Please, see the two photos underneath, taken respectively in 2009 and 2017. Jürgen and myself have noticed:
• the water level is lower now
• more important: a wooden door is visible.
If we superimpose these two photos to create a new one, here is the result: You can see that in 2009 this door should have been visible in spite of the water level.
We can therefore conclude that the wooden door was moved and added between 2009 and 2017.
Actually the door was used to close the technical room which was under the ventilation one.
This space is in the basement behind the staircase.
We think that someone was able to access the basement and could move the door.
Why ? We have no idea…
Do you have any suggestion ?
Thanks a lot, in advance, for your answers.
J.S. and J.L.M.

Well if you put on a wet suit, there would not be a problem to go into the water.
You only should not fall or step into a nail or so.
I also suggested once to use a long "selfie stick". So you can take pictures around the corner.
Piece of styrofoam with a "go pro" on it would float to.
