356 mm - strange projectiles found, ID please

Hello,

there has been found 2 strange projectiles in Westerplatte peninsula in Gdańsk.
Cal. ~356mm, lenght with/without fuze 156/164cm, 2 coper rings 2,8cm each with distance 2cm between them.
Projectiles were placed on Westerplatte after 1945 - so far it is not known where they had been found in Poland.
They looks like been shooted and later added new cap and new fuze/top - perhaps from an ammo sample exhibition from artillery range(?) or captured.

Russia had coastal guns of this calibre, 356 mm, check this link:

The shell doesn't look German with its boattail at first sight. I have seen Russian 30,5 cm shells having the same shape. do you have close up from the fuze and or bottom plate of the shell?

Please note that when they were on exhibition they were "concreted" so You don't see the bottom of the which is narrow.

So far I don't have photos from that side.

There were a German project called Gerat 104 but I don't think it fits to the projectile.

The shells in the the last picture are the best match up to now, although the dont look as a 35,5 cm shell, smaller i guess on first sight. i thought the 35,5 cm M1 shells had a straight tail, not like this shell, maybe a Czech?
