Hi!
The F in the circle points to Feuerkampfgerate, Feuerkampf erprobung.
Feuerkampgerate, could be fire extingers, a waterhose or even sand, see the pictures above.
Feuerkampferpobestelle, could be checking point for water pressure, checking the conditions of the equipment.

F= feuerlöscher, in Holland alot of bunkers had it
Sometimes the steel mount for the feuerlöscher is still present near the F, like on the picture of Zandvoortse bunkerploeg

Yes, I know I have seen them before with the Haagse Bunker Ploeg.
The "F" stands for "Feuerkampfgerate"
