Vf Leitstand on Zeedijk Koksijde-Bad (Wn Coxyde I)?

I've found this nice picture on https://westhoekverbeeldt.be/.
1) In the background we see what seems to be a Leitstand. But there is no HKB in Koksijde so i was wondering if these type of bunker could also be used as B-Stelle for the divisional batteries of Art.Rgt 148 (possibly here 5./II./Art.Rgt 148 in Wulpen or 6./II./Art.Rgt in Veurne)?
2) Has anyone a plan of this Wn?

The Beobachtung-Stellen from 5./AR.148 are known:

5./AR.148
Haupt B-Stelle: R143 Inside Stp Rommel
Nah B-Stelle: Church of Wulpen village

Then I suppose this one is the B-Stelle for 6./Art.Rgt 148 in Veurne. Vf Beobachtung type A at Stp Scharnhorst then

Does somebody recognize any of the building in the background? I've some difficulties to pinpoint the exact location of this Stützpunkt along the dike.
