Hello

The "thing" is in diameter 11 cm. and the hight is 6 cm.

It is found at the german StP. at Græm Strand at the westcoast of Jutland, due to the agressive sea - things are beginning to come out of the dunes :-)

I can't positively identify the model, but that is clearly a mine (with the top cover missing) and VERY DANGEROUS. Do not touch another one. In fact do not play with this one anymore either.

In this case, the explosive seems to have leaked out, but if any is still present it may have become either inert or highly instable and liable to explode at the slightest shock.
If you find any more report them to the police.

And watch the 2015 movie "Under Sandet":

Hello

I have thought of that, but I can not match it with any German Landmine??

It is clearly some sort of electrical devise, but I can not match it with a mine, also have a look at the outer perimeter of the thing with the handles and the other hingetype - not seen at any German mine too??

But if not a mine, what is it then? Some part of a headlight without the glasspart?

Any one??

PS: I have warned the finder / owner in case it is a mine, and in case there are more "out there"!!! :-)

Regards

It doesn't have to be a German one. They used a lot of 'Beute' mines.
