Hello Eddy

For me it is obviously a HKB Leitstand type 1
Could be on different places on the Belgian Coast...
I count about 10 of them in my inventory but some of them were build in urban area and are not matching with your picture.
The one of Stp von Rundstedt (De Panne) is a possible candidate
