Fort Mardyck 3./827- 3./1244

On the old French fort a H.K.B. was placed , in the open emplacements the Germans poured a heavy pivot for 15.5 cm gun . ( first photo )
Also you can see in the first photo the 15.5 cm K. 418 (f) that was used in this battery , other photo's were taken during the war .

Always thought that all six guns were on this Fort as in the early days of the war ,
but this IGN photo make me doubt . Look there were 3 emplacements on the Fort
and 3 emplacements at the Annex of the Fort Mardyck ??
