"Is it right that you can see in the niches the other side on your pictures ??" - yes, 2 niches in bottom left corner of my drawing are made such a way, that you may look through the corner. Niches in other corner do not have this feature.

I can't get it better then this:
There are several dimensions that don't match up.
I do not say it is measured wrong but adding them up you get other results then measured.

"There are several dimensions that don't match up." - as it was mentioned above, the bunker is built quite roughly, most of walls are uneven, so it's not possible to measure them with better precision than +/-5 cm.

I also think you should mention that one of outer walls is shorter than another - 320 cm vs. 340 cm. No idea was it made on purpose or in error.

A rude en fast wooden cofrage for holding the lisuid concrete in place i ll think is to blame
