How many 621 n.A. were actually build.....?

Dear Forum Members,

In Warnsveld (Holland) two of the planned twelf 621 n.A. were build in 1945. For an article on the German fortifications in Zutphen 1943/1945 with the goal to attract attention and protect the remaining objects I want to now how unique these two species are.

In Rudi Rolfs Denmark I found op page 197 that two examples were planned on 15.1.45 but not poured. AvB told me that possibly around Thorn/Torun a or more 621 n.A. (could) exist. Does anyone now if and where these types are build on other locations then Warnsveld....?

(Possible location in Denmark: Hennestrand – Vejerstrand – German Bunkers in Denmark p197)

With kind and concrete regards from Holland,

Hello Leo

I don't have the amount of 621 n.A. build , but typical is that one of the 621 n.A. in Warnsveld has a typical tobruk .
This type of tobruk is also used in the "Kleinunterstanden" like 668, 674 and 675. ( BRV N.A. )

Regards Jos

Jos,

Thnx for the reaction. There is a simililarity indeed but the Warsnvelder Koch has a 'nebenstand' at a right angle and documentation confirms the building of 621's.
Do you know an intact 621 n.A. somewhere :milwink:

Leo

To my knowledge not - but I will ask the Danish forum "Atlantvolden i Danmark" :-)

I will be back.

The bunkers for Div.Gef.Std. Graerup were never built, if that's what you're after.

Thnx TH! - because the report mentions 15.1.45 'planned' it could be possible they poured it later. You 'closed that option'. :milwink:
