Grundlegender Befehl Nr.14 of Ob.West?

Hi guys,
I'm looking for this particular order. I've seen it mentioned a lot in book and period documents, but never actually seen a copy. To fully understand its content I prefer to examine it in full myself. Who knows where (microfilm? book? website?) I can find it?

Hello Niels, i think "Grundlegender Befehl" is part of the implementation of Hitler's instructions

so #14 is from June 8th 1940 ...

Thanks Uwe, but it's an order from Ob.West, dated 25.8.1942. It basically laid out the foundation of the Atlantikwall. With all the bunker experts here I expected a quick answer, but perhaps this order is a bit more elusive than I had thought?

Took a look at John's server and the files hosted by Jeff but failed to find the BA/MA files. Couldn't find T311 R15 there either. It is on the Mori-list though so I will ask around and might try to figure which other NARA rolls might hold the order as well.
