Chimney's Marine Flak bunkers

#1

Post by jopaerya » 05 Dec 2020, 10:23

Hello All

Looking for good photo's or drawings of chimneys placed on bunker in a Marine Flak Batterie,
the photo's that I have are very blurry or from to far taken. Most of these bunkers have concrete -
or brick chimneys .

Regards Jos

Nothing special Jos,
At Haamstede they are 10cm thick with 1/1,5cm putz, the smoke channel was 10 to 20cm and the roof was prefab.
Height depended on the amount of ground on the bunker but they are about 50 to 100 high (from the ground -not the bunkerroof).

Thanks Étienne.

I also think it is local made and quite well done. Galvanisation fits with regular outside pipes.
