Dug in firing positions atlantik wall (Hess Batterie)

Hello Guys,

I'm trying to find information about how the Germans in the early days, summer 1942, layed out their dug in firing positions. Most specifically I'm looking for information about the Hess Batterie in the Dieppe area. I was able to find some sketches and some vague photo's of it.

What I'm trying to understand is what the positions must have looked like and how the trench systems around them where build up. I'm also curious if they designed the firing positions with entrances for the gun.

What ever help you guys can offer me is most welcome. If you have some reference material from similar positions, and in the same year, that would be most welcome as well.
