Does anyone recognize this location?

Hello, I know this doesn't have anything to do with fortifications, artillery or rockets, but I was hoping someone on this sub-forum would be able to help me with the location where these two photos were taken?
I'm trying to identify the Konteradmiral visible on the photos.
At first glance, my guess would be he is Konteradmiral Hans-Udo von Tresckow, Commandant of the Sea-Fortifications of Seine-Somme (13 August 1942-12 September 1944). He was captured in Le Havre. Could anyone link the location in the photos with either Tresckow or Le Havre?

Yes, it's him. But, do you have any guesses where the two photos I posted were taken?

I have done my best but could not find any Konteradmiral that fits with your photo's ,
also I have to tell you that I only know most of the admirals from the West Front .
