Very cool! There is also or rather used to be a PaK embrasure in Szczecin. Ten years ago it was removed by some local "history passionate" and placed in a museum.
You are right, I forgot about Poland. Three bunkers for L1 weapon (4,5 cm Festungpak) are known:
- one at Festungfront OWB - scrapped after WWII
- two at Szczecin (Stettin) - first removed to the museum, second covered by concrete (as a part of shed for garbage cans).

Hi TUS - yes, I mean the bunker near Werkgruppe Luddendorf.

Hi Arthur - last information, which I know, is from 2014 year - the gun was placed at "Muzeum Motoryzacji i Wojskowości" (Tanowo). I have seen photos from the museum, but without barrel (see the photos). It looks like it was stolen before transport to the museum.

Thanks for the info. Sounds like a badly executed recovery operation...

Unfortunately I have to agree with AvB. There was only a slight risk of a theft hence someone decided to dismantle the PaK embrasure. It was removed from the original concrete mounting by the people who put it in the museum. Surely when the risk of a theft is little to none it is better to completely destroy a unique construction, isn't it?

The situation in Stettin was totally in "grey zone"... Some say, that it was proven that some team from Czechia started to dismatle the position. So, at that moment, form their point of view, it was a sort of "rescue action"... After, it looks like more supervision would be highly welcome.
One thing , that still can be done, is to recover a concrete part and put it along with remaining embrasure. 10 - 20 tonnes is reachable for the crane, and would make possible to make much more compete reconstruction.

About Silesian Regelbau - I guess I remember, that 400 regelbau series was designed especially for Czech armoured elements - or I'm wrong? (I DON'T mean L 400 series). Does it have something in common with these?
