Lüftungstürchen

Dear friends,

All the best seasonal wishes first.

In the winterperiod I am more then else working on 3D bunker models. At this moment I am working on a M129 bunker.
Lucky for me the dutch BRV archive has some nice drawings.
On them there is a mystery : it is called a "Lüftungstürchen", drawing OKM-PI WA AL21, delivered from OKM-PI WA AL21.

Does somebody have a picture or better the drawing of it?
It sounds like a simple steel (little) door that closes off an air pipe.

On another plan in the same BRV archive you can find this one of the M 382. It shows the Lüftungstürchen which is wat it is. Probably a small wooden door.

Arthur,

Thanks for the waypoint.
Scrolling through some files I got from Natter. I found something which looks like a small metal door which fits the description.

Hello,

I would be one of the last persons to say somebody is wrong ;-)
There are to many variations of what should be standard building apparatus.

The doors may well vary in shape.
The BRV drawings show rectangle doors but now we also have round doors. They are indeed for closing open air pipes which vents outside.

If fans remove air from a room and you don't want to replace this air with air from inside the bunker you need points where fresh air can get in.
Thanks,

Wim
