From the Soviet 2nd Shock Army war journal, August 1944 (pamyat-naroda.ru) - a gun abandoned by the German army near Narva. Please help to identfiy - my such attempts have failed.

the 2nd is a 15 cm schwere Feldhaubitze 18 (for horsedrawning)
