ID required pleae- a small anti tank gun

Post by kobold » 05 Feb 2004 01:50

I just recieved a small 20mb mpg showing the use of various anti tank weapons such as panzerschrek and panzerfaust.
One other weapon is a small PAK type gun I don't recognise.
The video clip is entitled "Wehrmacht - Lehrfilm Panzerabwehr.mpg".

I have included some screen grabs of the video here (unfortunately the video is not the best quality)

It looks like a Puppen(spelling?). Which was the German's first try at a bazooka . It had wheels too, they soon realized that a wheeled mount for a bazooka was not a great idea. They ended up developing the Panzerwreck as a result, after they had seen Allied made man-portable bazookas
