Back to the original question , here a inside of a "Panzernest" . The lafette for the M.G. with
ventilation and on the above the handle to open steel protection in front of the M.G. opening .

Most of the preserved German Panzernests has been probably scrapped 2012 - 2013 as a result of destroying all the post-war fortifications to sell the scrap metal (with the hundreds of Italian pre-war and post war cupolas of different types, including Italian versions of Panzernests).

The two panzernest at Pinzano were still at place at the Autumn, maybe as the part of educational trail.

Don't get it as a joke - I suppose this lafette (or at least it's back side) is for after-war Russian machine gun.
