Hmmm.......very interesting picture....

Maybe a 128mm Flak 40?? Just a wild guess without any research, please don't quote me on that...

I think that Tom is right about the 21 cm K 39
but I don't know the differences about the 21 cm
K 39 or K 39/40 or 39/41 .
