What is the light gun on wheels below?

The wide insignia on the two officers' caps would indicate that they belong to the Luftwaffe.

Hi Emmanuel

The barrel end looks like a 2 cm Oerlikon but I am not sure . The sign on the truck
looks a lot like the Jagdgeschwader 6 Horst Wessel but that does not fit with the
summer uniforms .

2 cm Oerlikon? Flak 28? :? The front of the barrel and the muzzle fit but I'm not sure about the rest. :?
