No I'll give the answer. Practising the M19 and other Festungs weapons like the MG-34 behind plate or in a turret in a huge bunker like a Panzerwerk of the Oder-Warthe-Bogen Linie would pose a problem when soldier were stationed on the Atlantikwall where they had to occupy small 600 series bunkers, where the bunker and the strategic landscape was completely different! Communication equipment was different (antennas were not present). Also the 4.7cm Festungspak was not present in the east.
