Kalinor,

The uniforms strongly suggest soldiers from the Reichswehr. The Tiger was designed after the Reichswehr became the Wehrmacht so this turret could not be a turret from a Tiger prototype. :wink:

ah thanks for the correction, afraid uniforms aint a strongpoint of mine, still learning about all the german military stuff, started with bunkers working from there :), the idea came to mind as i was just reading a book on the tiger and saw a verry similar structure on top of prototypes.

Hi,
I am sure, the round bunker is not Batterie Skagerrak from Sylt. It looks more like the Hindenburgbunker auf dem Schießplatzgelände vom Truppenübungsplatz Munster:

Another example of a bunker with the name "Skagerrak" from an ongoing ebay.de-auction.
This time far from the sea, supposedly in Saar-Saarpfalz.
