I would not know the machine guns, but looking at the radio, it is definitely italian. The person to the right has an italian tank helmet. All this lets me conclude, the twin machingunes are those of an italian L3/33 light tank. The specs tell me, they had twin 8mm MGs. But I don't know what designations.

These are Hungarian I agree. The guns in question areDanuvia-Gebauer 1934-37M . If you look at other images of Hungarion CV-35s you will notice the distinctive features of this gun. Heat shields/guard obscure it in this view.
