Been following this tread with interest and found some pictures and explanations to the headstamp for comparison. My thoughts are, it’s a pre 1921 dutch cartridge. Possibly a 1899 case with an “F” lot number.

Thanks for all the reactions.
This casing is not 6,5mm, so not pre-WOII and Dutch.

It is found at the same location as some other casings and a bullet, at a place where the Germans executed several people...

I found within ca 1,5 meters area;

1 x 7.92×57mm Mannlicher M95 casing
3 x 7.92×57mm Mauser K98 casing
1 x 9x19mm Mauser casing
1 x 9mm bullet
