If I'm viewing the feeding cartridges correctly, they look like 12.7mm.

According to Alamy website photo caption, a Romanian Schwarzlose M07-12 but I think this is wrong.
MG08 on tripod ??

is Romanian version of commercial Maxim 1909 ' 6,5 mm Mitraliera Model 1910 " and tripod is commercial Modell 1902
