Must surely be a aircraft 'simulator'. Traditional cupola and the chap behind being able to add some 'movement'. There are plenty of WWI images of self made air force armourer fabricated MG mounts so i suspect this is a WWII period one off. Just an opinion although cannot see any Luftwaffe insignia.

Your dual photo post has what I believe to be Pistols x3 of the P-08 Luger, and one 27mm Walter Leuchtpistole
(bottom right). Rifle looks to be a Karabiner 98k (never positive with them).
Single pistole er Photo seem to me to have a P-08 Luger also.

Your MG query looks to me like an MG15.
