Ottoman Turkish Bayonet?

Can anyone tell me the era and national origin of this bayonet? Is this a WWI-era Ottoman Turkish bayonet? Length of the blade is approximately 12 inches. Thank you.

Good afternoon Porcelain44,

surely interesting for your inquiry is the former bayonet collection of the german collector Herr Hugo Schürer, (1922-2012).
Sorry, the website is av. only in german language.

Good luck for your further research!

Btw, in my younger years there was one or another "Bayonet" for the Mauser 98" system in my personal interest.
I decided to stay away from this topic, for personal reasons.
