Lets see those firearms !
Not sure if this is already a topic or not, because I couldn't find it when I searched. But lets see some pictures of the K98's, G43's, MG's and MP's you own. I'm interested in seeing what all people have, thanks for posting!!
Here's my 1941 dated "CE"(J.P. Sauer und Sohn Gewehrfabrik, Suhl) Luftwaffe stock-stamped rifle. It's about 90% matching, minor things like the screw on the trigger guard and the floorplate, if thats what its called aren't matching but the bolt, reciever, stock, barrel, sights and more are all matched up.

You lucky bastard, lol. I want an MP40 pretty bad, but right now a replica is all i can settle for, and I can't even afford that, and it really isnt worth it either. Gun Show this weekend, who know's what will show up, I saw a american-bringback SVT last time, interesting for an American guy, but the germans stole them all. Here is a picture of the 9mm Browning Model 1910 pistol my Grandfather brought back from Germany. From what my great-uncle said, it was a Kriegsmarine Officers pistol. So I'll take his word for it. It came with a 1944 dated black holster, good stuff indeed. Sorry for lack of quality, I need a new camera.

I envy you guys living in the USA, with all the options available.....
...............snap the 200 dolars one!!.....................................
figure 100 for a mint rifle, plus 20 for the frog and 50 for the bayo, and 20 for the cleaning kit.
is only 10 dolars premium over the other piece.

Most of the rifles I have seen that come complete with accessories such as the bayonet and cleaning kit are M48 Yugoslavian Mausers. Many of these were imported into the US in the 90's complete with accessories. They are sometimes misrepresented as WWII German Mausers as they look very similar. $100 or even $200 is cheap for an original German K98. Make sure it has a German maker's code and date stamped on the receiver. There should be some eagles also though they may have been removed after the war.

Yea, try to get some pics and we'll help you out with it. Hell, ALWAYS LOOK FOR WAFFENAMPTS!!! That is a crucial thing to do.
If anyone is interested in possibly purchasing a GebirgsJager Rifle, the short looking K98 with extra metal butt for using as a hiking stick, let me know. One is $1,200, gun matches itself, bolt matches itself, but the bolt doesnt match the gun. However it has the correct hollowed out bolt assembly that is correct for this type of rifle. (hell, $1,200 just because the bolt doesnt match the rest of the gun beats one that is all matching and cost $1,000 more!!!!) The other is $600 because the wood isnt as nice and it uses a K98 bolt not the correct hollowed bolt. Both great deals, just let me know : : : [email protected] (if you want more information please let me know)
