Man Steve, That is really nice. Awesome Holster to go with it, I wish my digital camera wasn't so bad or I could take good pics of my stuff. Either way, thanks for your post!

I only started collecting at the beginning of this year and it was the first original WW2 weapon that I'd ever held in my hands. I offered the seller a low price and much to my surprise, he accepted! I wasn't really after an MP44 and I had my heart set on an MP40 so I sold it after a couple of weeks for a small profit...I should have kept it though, prices are going through the roof!

I'm in London. It's Ben by the way, hatchetharry is the username i use just for fun :)

Very nice Luger Steve, I'm reading up on them at the moment so I know a bit more before I start looking to buy one. Any tips mate? I used to own this pretty little blank firing Luger, another case of I wished I'd kept it..doh!

Hi guys,

I'm new to WWII reenatcing, but have been working hard on assembling a complete MG-42 gefreiter's outfit including with a legal working MG-42 and 1940 P08 Luger. If anyone ever gets up to Minnesota and wants to have some fun and run a few belts of ammo through the MG-42 or just talk shop, let me know. You can contact me via the e-mail address on my website:www.stormthewalls.dhs.org.
