Bergmann 1907 Carbine, in Cal. 7.8 mm Bergmann.
The other firearm could be, the Bergmann Model 1897 No.5 Pistol.

And - u're absolutely right on both counts. The No. 5 Bergmann pistol and this carbine fired, what to all purposes was a
7,65 Borchardt/7,63 Mauser cartridge. But Theo Bergmann had ''a bee in the bonnet'' about makings his cartridges unique.
So the shoulder on his 7,8mm - was pushed back some 1½mm to ensure they were not interchangable
The carbine, is said to have fired a somewhat heavier load - contained in blackened cartridge-cases to help owners of the
pistol easily see the difference.

Question returns to von thoma!

It has to be one of the Walthers then, but there's three variants that are generally similar. It doesn't look like the hammer is exposed, so it is probably the Walther AP, basically the prototype of the Walther P38.
