Could it be that most of the soldiers seen in this photo (possibly three out of four) are actually Finns? The one on the left seems to have Suomi m/31 submachine gun and puukko-knife in his belt next to pistol holster. The one in the right seems to be wearing Laplander-boots with profile of boot's tip visible against the background. The soldier with SVT-40 rifle has a parcel looking thing, which could be partly visible unit-produced satchel charge. All three also wear snow camo clothing that appears to match basic design of Finnish Army snow camo suit m/27.
