Not strictly a German firearm, per se, but a part of.
An M1917A1 machine gun with an MG34 bipod attached to, what looks like, the M1917A1 carry handle bracket.

The Oct 2013 photo is very unique, cool and interesting. "Hmmm, we've got a lot of captured German MG's. What can we do with them?"
